| I've decided to give up Xanga. I was reading through some of my old posts and I realized how unfunny, and immature I was, and I don't want to look back in another 2 years and think the same thing about myself now. (Or at least have written proof of it online.) Thank god I've grown up. So, just for old time's sake, I'll do a quick update, and then that will be it.
I've declared my major as Art History. My parents are freaking out about what kind of career I could have with such a degree. I honestly don't know the answer to that, but who does? Sam and I are still together and we went to India Palace for Valentine's Day. He got me a box of these chocolates that give you an orgasm in your mouth each time you take a bite. He also got me 2 white orchids. They're fake, but that means they'll last for ever. He's the best. I'm not sure what I am going to do about housing next year. I've been saving money for an apartment, its just convincing my dad to let me live in one is the hard part. Plus all my roommate options thus far have failed, so that doesn't help much. The latest book I've read is The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien, and for the past 4 months I've been reading a biography on Andy Warhol. I'm about half way through.
Everybody is at the KU vs CU basketball game right now. I didn't get my tickets in time, so I'm enjoying my giant bowl chair in my pajamas while watching it on TV. I think I may take a nap.
I feel like I need to end with some sort of profound statement or something clever to go out with a bang, but screw it.
